The agreement:

By submitting music to the PBR project you are agreeing to the terms

within this document please read it!

Any recorded, printed, writen or alike material will not be returned

(in general) that individual copy will become station property so please

dont send it if its your only copy.

By submitting music you also declare that this music is yours

(or your bands) and not a reproduction of another artists work.

(any doubts do not submit it ).

All your rights to your music and songs remain yours as an artist,

however by submitting music you do grant pbr project the right to :

without limit notice or any obligation to you what so ever,

broadcast, transmit your music via any means we deem fit

(excluding reproduction of the work) royalty free.

THE RIGHT YOU GRANT PBR TO BROADCAST

YOUR MUSIC ROYALTY FREE CAN BE REVOKED

AT ANY TIME SIMPLY BY EMAILING US AND

ASKING THE WE DISCONTINUE IT'S BROADCAST.

You further agree that PBR in no way shape or form shall

be liable for any personal damage to a person,or thier

property or integerity as a group or an individual resulting

from submitting thier music to PBR.

You also grant us the right to forward your music to third

parties should they be interested in it under agreement with

them that they "Must" obtain you consent and agreement

before they play or reproduce your work for ANY public medium.

Further you grant PBR the right to use your music edited or not in

promotional segments. PBR would notify you before hand should

such an event occur.

That said:

All genres welcome! ( and given the same treatment and respect

even if its playing the garbage can as long as it sounds great )

classical, jazz, rock, metal we accept it all as long as it's an

original entertaining piece.

What to include:

As much history on you and or your band members as possible.

Please include any cover shows for names that are of value as

well as venues of note.

( the more information we have the better it is. Think of your average

much music spot light and the type of topics they cover. That is the

type of information to include, the more you provide the more people

can get to know you and your group and music and where you are coming from.

Critical in my opinion.)
